SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
All of our items are in stock and ready for immediate despatch. Orders placed before 12.30pm Monday to Friday are sent the same day. Orders placed after this are sent the next working day.

UK delivery
Free shipping on all orders over £45. Orders under £45 ship for a flat rate of £3.99, with next-day upgrades available at checkout for a small charge.

Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail Standard or Tracked 48 (typically 2-3 working days, not guaranteed). Tracked 24 offers a next-day option nationwide (estimated 1-2 days, now including Sundays in many areas). DPD Next Day offers weekday next-day delivery with premium tracking. We don't surcharge deliveries to the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland, but reserve the right to use an equivalent service where needed. Deliveries to remote areas may occasionally take two days.

International delivery
We ship Smart Garden sets and accessories internationally, sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and delivered by your local postal service. European orders usually arrive within a week; the rest of the world can take up to two weeks. Delivery times may be affected by local customs and cannot be guaranteed.

Postage is charged once per order based on weight, regardless of item count, and all shipments are fully tracked.

Ireland - delivery takes around 4 days, usually via Whistl. Up to 1.9kg: €9.99 · Up to 10kg: €14.99 · Over 10kg: €19.99

Rest of Europe & Worldwide - Up to 1.9kg: £14.99 · Up to 10kg: £19.99 · Over 10kg: £29.99

Restricted items
Liquid plant nutrients can be shipped to the UK and Ireland only. Seeds can be shipped within the UK only. Neither can be sent to other international destinations due to postal and customs restrictions. If you need help sourcing seeds or nutrients locally, contact us and we'll recommend trusted suppliers.

Customs & duties
UK & Ireland: all taxes and duties are included - no additional charges. Rest of Europe & Worldwide: your local authorities may impose import duties or taxes, which are your responsibility. You're also responsible for ensuring the items you order are permitted in your country.

Tracking
You'll receive a notification when your order ships. Royal Mail parcels can be tracked on the Royal Mail website; international orders may also show updates via your national postal service. If your tracking number begins with a carrier prefix (XLT, LM, LTN or TYP), contact us and we'll point you to the right tracking site. Having trouble? Get in touch and we'll help.
