Been delayed in starting to use your product. Didn't have any seeds they seem important. I also have not obtained a water reservoir. Hopefully I will have all that I need soon.

Order came quickly and well packaged. I found system easy to set up. Seeds sprouted quickly. Put my Venus fly trap under lights to cheer it up. I would think there is an opportunity to make wider tanks to allow plants to grow to maturity and harvesting. I would buy a bigger footprint one to allow this. So far I am very pleased with my 21 pod version.

I well and truly love this hydroponic, with not having a garden to grow my own herbs, chillies, tomatoes etc. Its honestly a great investment and no more nasty critters from any compost.

The light height is definitely more than high enough and the hydroponic itself is honestly really quiet, the only time its loud is when the auto water refill is operating. But that doesn't happen until it hits a certain water level.

I really do recommend this, if herbs are trimmed properly they'll keep on coming back, check the roots for any signs of disease like brown/foul smelling roots every now and then and keep them cut back and away from the filter, make sure to clean out the machine at least every 4-5 weeks to prevent root rot and other diseases to your plants and keep the longevity of your hydroponic, this machine should last you a very good long while if properly cared for on the odd occasion.

Love love love my hydroponics kits. I now have 3 as it’s so addictive! They have all worked really well with no problems & everything grows really fast.

I love this so much! I dont have to worry or check everyday. I would love to buy another unit but just very expensive for me.

I’ve been set up for two weeks, 21 pods with different varieties of flower seeds all of which germinated within 3 days.

I had a problem with the unit I contacted Kent and they were super friendly and helped quickly a thank you very much

I now have 4 21pod systems.
Automatic nutrient does not work if used it becomes dirty and creates more mess than good
Water level indicator only shows full and empty but will not alert you about water level.
A lot easier to set the unit on the phone.

I am overall happy but description is not accurate at all. Will see how it goes with spare parts as atm cannot see any on offer for my model.

Amazing product got it a bit late this year but will practice till next growing season and will try growing indoors over winter

Arrived fast, and item was easy to set up, within an hour I has seeds planted and ready to go. This is my second of these units

Ordering was simple, deliver was very fast. Setting up the device was very fast with easy to follow instructions. Planted a few varieties and they are all starting to grow quickly. Would recommend the 21 pot.

I have three of these 21 pods. Great fun!

Loving my 21 pod hydroponic garden. Germinating tomatoes, chillies and various herbs in just a few days and all growing well after 3 weeks or so. Instructions could be better but the help that is available online is exceptional. Can’t wait for some flowers and tomatoes and chillies to start growing. 🍅🌶️🥬

The units (I actually have 2) are undoubtedly a game changer for home gardeners, but not without flaws.

The instructions provided aren’t very good at all, and the app is very basic in terms of what it can do. Some of the design is also a little questionable in areas. But worst of all, when I reached out for technical help (auto mode started without prompt and overfilled the reservoir ) I was told that WK didn’t know the answer and to seek help in one of the groups instead. I’ve spent around £400 with WK in last couple of months and expected more than that.

But, definitely a game changer for starting propagation!

Easy to set up but lots to learn about hydroponics.
Seeds germinated after a couple of days, very impressed so far.

Really nice system, very elegant, and it really works too! After only seven days I have Dwarf Beans, Peas, Rocket, Lettuce, Kale and Sprouting Broccoli on the way.
